Except for some emergency stuff, most of it must be shipped, as in SHIPPED on a ship. Over the OCEAN. How long do you think that would take? Pulling stuff from inventory, logging it, trucking it to the coast, putting it on a ship, transit, taking it off the ship, logging it, putting it on train, then trucking it to a secret location, deciding where to put it in the field--am I boring you? ;)

The media has nothing to report because there won't be anything significant to report until most of that equipment reaches Ukraine which will take some time. It sucks. I know. I wish I had more to write about. But okay, if you want say it's a failure while most of the stuff is sitting in a ship, in the middle of the ocean, okay :)
