What's ironic to me, not sure where it fits in this (anti-modernity) is the decades long academic backlash against "The Bill Curve". It's as if academics can't handle the idea that genetics got them a PhD instead of hard-work against their environment, or following a true egalitarian path. In the book Chinese have higher IQs than whites, yet the critics all focus on the positions of blacks. But neither of those things is what the book is about if one cares to read it objectively.
The question, do lower IQ people procreate more lower IQ people than higher IQ asks the question--correct me if I'm wrong--are more people being born favorable to r-selection vs k-selection (if I understood you other piece correctly).
Is there a connection between IQ and recognizing the problems of becoming r-selected?
