What is Prigozhen but a warloard. Why does Putin need a warloard? Because a warloard can use blackmarket money to both enrich itself and avoid prosecution from a government--assuming both parties want the same people to lose.

The West is simply not giving enough weapons to Ukraine. If true, the Ukraine will have to do deals with warloards too.
