When people started working from home, between 2020 and 2022, those who could, especially gov't workers, increased their disposable income by, well, a lot, because they weren't traveling, etc., and those who had to work in public became relatively poorer.
What did young people learn from this? That the middle class--not the rich!--are selfish pricks. The young were totally screwed in many ways, with no real conversation about how to prevent it. They've become mental. When the "revolution" comes they'll be hacking the heads off of everyone who looks at the askance.
Can't argue with the shotgun because too much damage has been done.
