When you're relying on the garbage man to make your investment property mortgage payments what could possibly go wrong? Most REITs, I beileve are backed by the same people (401ks) renting out properties. Wall Street has always had a fascinating talent for conning the middle class. Sanity will come back. I just wish it would do it when I say it will ;) HAHA!
