Yep, THAT's the pivotal point. Same for Nasrallah as you point out, a ceasefire is easier to get with him.

Although Israel didn't get the win it wanted in Gaza, it still managed to bomb it to smithereens and in the end, the U.S. did nothing but wag its finger.

Even if the new leaders of Hezbollah wanted a ceasefire what would they do after? No support from Iran. Israel will continue to hunt them down and kill them. I'm 100% convinced Israel will invade Lebanon.

Israel believe it can level Southern Lebanon too. That the U.S. will just ignore it, as it IS doing.

The problem for Israel is that Hamas has gotten good at keeping Israelis hiding. And Hezbollah. It's taken many body blows. But it still has its arsenal. It too has been learning how to harass Israel.

As the Afghans said, "you have the watches, we have the time."
