Yes. The groups behind these attacks aren't trying to make a political point. They're not trying to get on the news. They're trying to degrade Russian industry. The less Putin's regime worries about it the better for them. The same goes on in China too.

We also have infrastructure attacks brewing in the U.S. too, but for different reasons. Because most people would not see a difference Western media has, perhaps wisely, tried to ignore all nameless attacks.
